FAQ

1、How many colors are available？
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can inform us the pantone color code for bulk order design. We will match the colors when making the sample in the long-term cooperated washed facotry, then you can see your design into a real sample. But the cost of sweatshirts will be varied depends on what design and how many colors for design. We also can recommend color design for your reference.

2、What kind of certificate do you have?
We are manufacturer, we have BSCI factory audit.

3、How we control the quality of bulk goods?
We will provide the fitting sample, pre-production sample, shipping sample during the proceeding. We have 4 QC staff inspect the semi-finished and finished products while producing. We also can supply the third-party to offer the final inspection report if the order is large amount.

4、What is your payment term?
Our payment policy is 30% TT advanced payment and 70% TT before shipped out from our factory. We also accept L/C at sight for large amount.
