1、What is your MOQ?
Normally our MOQ is 1000pcs/color/design. We also accept lower quantity orders for your trial order. Please feel free to inform us your order quantity, we wil calculate the cost correspondingly. Hope you can start the large orders business cooperation after checking the quality of our products and knowing our service.

2、Can I get a ample?
Sure. We usually provide existing previous bulk order samples for free, but there will be a little bit sample charge for custom designs service. Sample charge is refundable when the following order quantity is up to the certain quantity. We send samples by FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight charge to us by Alibaba Trade Assurance. We will ship with our account.

3、How long is the sample lead time?
For existing sample, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new print mould or not. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4、What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
AI or PDF format.
